1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the nbakee platform, including visitors who browse the site without a registered account, registered players with an active account, and any person who accesses nbakee's services via a mobile browser or any other device. 7 Prohibited Conduct

8 Account Suspension & Closure

nbakee reserves the right to suspend or permanently close a player account at any time where there are reasonable grounds to believe that the account is being used in breach of these Terms, or where such action is required for legal, regulatory, security, or responsible gaming reasons.

8.1 Voluntary Account Closure

Upon requesting account closure, any pending bets will be settled in the normal course, and any withdrawable real-money balance will be returned to your verified payment method. 8.2 Self-Exclusion
